What is the support process for Favero?
The end user must submit a support request directly with FAVERO (not FE SPORTS).
FAVERO can diagnose issues remotely, so end users will be able to keep their pedals during the process.
STEPS:
- Firstly, End User must open a support ticket - https://cycling.favero.com/support#request
- Secondly, FAVERO will contact the end user via email to diagnose the issue remotely.
- Finally, once all steps are completed, FAVERO will advise whether a product is faulty
- If deemed faulty under warranty, FAVERO will advise whether an exchange should take place, and that any replacement parts to resolve the issue to be shipped from Europe at the end user's cost.
- To avoid shipping from Europe, End User should then contact FE SPORTS support with FAVERO support case number and email trail - support@fesports.com.au
- FE SPORTS will then work with the end user to arrange the replacement from our Australia warehouse.
