Gaciron EP-143 Lightweight 3D Printed Carbon Saddle with Smart Taillight

Light, slim and visible. The Gaciron EP-143 pairs a narrow 143 mm 3D-printed saddle with a smart brake-sensing taillight built into the rear. A carbon fibre base plate and rails bring the whole saddle to just 189g.

• Full carbon support structure: T700 carbon fibre rails and shell tested for durability and torsional stiffness. Rails passed 6 N·m clamping torque testing, and the saddle is rated to 100 kg.
• 3D-printed saddle: Zoned ergonomic support balances comfort, strength and durability. A hollow honeycomb structure improves airflow and moisture wicking, so long rides stay dry and comfortable.
• Slim, low-profile shape: At 143 mm wide, 245mm long and 63 mm tall, it suits riders who prefer a narrower, sleeker saddle.
• Integrated smart taillight: 100-lumen COB light with a viewing angle of over 220°. The rear beam is even and focused, designed to meet German cycling lighting standards without dazzling drivers behind you.
• Smart brake detection: Sensors pick up both light and hard braking and trigger a 3-second high-brightness burst to warn those behind you.
• Auto sleep and wake: The light sleeps after 120 seconds of inactivity and wakes on vibration, so there’s no need to remember to switch it on.
• Long battery life: Up to 65 hours in eco mode. A 650 mAh battery charges fully over USB-C in about 3.5 hours.
• Magnetic quick-release: Slide the light into the slot and it clicks into place. Slide it out to charge or to prevent theft.
• One-button operation: Simple on/off and mode control.
• Standard rail fit: Works with most standard dual-rail saddle clamps on road and mountain bikes.
• Tested for the elements: Rated IPX4 for rain splashes. Materials were tested from -20°C to 70°C and for UV resistance.
